If you have an account with another hosting company that doesn't offer cPanel access and you are looking to move to our hosting company, the process can be easily achieved.
You would need to provide our support staff with access to your account but if you are unsure on how to do this or what the details are, you can contact your current hosting account and ask them for assistance.
Every part of your website such as files and databases can be transferred by us as soon as you are ready to do this for a low cost set-up fee.
